L.E.A.D. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit uniting law enforcement and communities to keep kids safe from drugs and violence. Through school curriculums like Too Good For Drugs (K-12), certified instructors reach students in classrooms nationwide, and Synergize outreach helps power that mission locally.

Founded by Kirk Smalley after the loss of his son, Stand For The Silent addresses bullying head-on through powerful school assemblies that have reached over a million students. Our teams help bring that message, and the resources behind it, to more communities every year.
