That feeling is why Synergize exists, and it is what we mean when we say we work for a purpose.
The causes come first
Synergize Inc. partners with mission-driven organizations across the greater Sacramento region, including L.E.A.D. (Law Enforcement Against Drugs and Violence) and Stand For The Silent, which works to end bullying and the harm it causes. These are causes that protect kids, strengthen schools, and make communities safer. Our job is to be their voice in the community: at events, at school programs, at outreach tables, wherever a real conversation can move someone to care.
Purpose changes how the work feels
Outreach is people work. You are on your feet, out in the community, talking with someone new every few minutes. What makes it energizing instead of exhausting is knowing what the conversation is for. When you believe in the cause you represent, you do not have to manufacture enthusiasm. It shows up on its own, and people can tell the difference.
Growth with meaning
The skills this work builds are real: communication, confidence, resilience, leadership. Our team members learn them by doing, with training and coaching from day one, and the ones who master the fundamentals go on to coach others and lead campaigns of their own. Building a career while building up your community is not a trade-off here. It is the whole design.

When everyone in the room is pulling toward the same mission, the room feels different. We celebrate each other's wins, we show up for the causes together, and our founder, Kevin Swimmer, is at the office and at the events right alongside the team.
