Kevin Swimmer is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Synergize Inc., based at 2880 Sunrise Blvd in Rancho Cordova, California. He built the company around nonprofit outreach and event marketing, working with mission-driven organizations across the greater Sacramento region. What he set out to build
In his own words: the goal was to build a place where good people could do work that actually matters and grow while doing it. That sounds simple, and it is, but it explains most of the decisions this company makes. It is why the work is face to face at community events instead of behind a screen. It is why the partners are organizations like L.E.A.D. and Stand For The Silent rather than whoever writes the biggest check.
